Terms & Conditions

1. About the Tutor LMS demo

These terms govern your use of the Tutor LMS demo service available at demo.tutorlms.io (the “Demo”), operated by Themeum (“Themeum,” “we,” “us”). The Demo provides temporary access to a Tutor LMS Pro environment so you can explore its features. By requesting or using the Demo, you agree to these terms.

2. What the Demo is

The Demo is a temporary, sandboxed instance of Tutor LMS Pro provided for evaluation purposes only. It is intended to let you test features, not to run a live course business, store important data, or serve real students. The Demo is provided free of charge.

3. Eligibility & access

  • To access the Demo, you provide a valid email address and select a site type. We send a verification link to activate your Demo.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Demo access link and credentials secure.
  • We may limit the number of Demo instances per user or email address.

4. Temporary nature & data deletion

The Demo is temporary. Your Demo instance and all data within it (including any courses, content, uploads, or settings you create) will be automatically deleted at the end of the Demo period, without notice. We are not responsible for preserving, backing up, or recovering any data you create in the Demo.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Demo, you agree not to:

  • Use the Demo for any live, production, or commercial purpose, or to serve real students or customers.
  • Upload, store, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, infringing, offensive, or malicious content.
  • Upload real or sensitive personal data about yourself or others (the Demo is not intended for storing personal data).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Demo infrastructure, other users’ instances, or our systems.
  • Probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or breach the security of the Demo, except as permitted under a separate written agreement.
  • Use the Demo to distribute malware, spam, or conduct any fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Demo or its infrastructure, including through automated scripts or bots.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the source code of Tutor LMS Pro or the Demo platform, except to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your Demo access at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or are misusing the Demo.

6. No warranty

The Demo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features in the Demo may differ from the current released version of Tutor LMS Pro. We do not guarantee that the Demo will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Demo may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Themeum and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Demo, including any loss of data created in the Demo. Because the Demo is a free evaluation tool, our total liability in connection with it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy & data

To provide the Demo, we collect the name, email address, and site-type selection you submit. We use this to send your verification link, provision your Demo, communicate with you about it, and, where you have consented, send you information about Tutor LMS. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Any content you create inside the Demo is deleted when the Demo instance expires. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://tutorlms.com/terms.

9. Intellectual property

Tutor LMS, the Demo, and all associated software, trademarks, and content are owned by Themeum or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any ownership of, or license to, Tutor LMS Pro beyond temporary access to the Demo for evaluation. Any content you create in the Demo remains yours, but is deleted when the Demo expires.

10. Relationship to other terms

These Demo terms supplement the main Tutor LMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at tutorlms.com/terms. Where these Demo terms conflict with the main terms specifically regarding the Demo, these Demo terms apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published. Your continued use of the Demo after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
